We are "officially" having a baby!
I've heard it said that you are not officially pregnant unless you announce it online.
Being a believer of propriety when it comes to the photos I post, I refuse to do my pregnancy announcement by posting an ultrasound of the baby. (Totally undignified for the baby, me thinks). Hence, I took Sophie to the studio and we did the photos below.
I like the outcome because it is quite inclusive--no gender references, not about me or the father, and it involves a lot of Sophie. Involving her so much is I think a key when it comes to making sure she doesn't feel any jealousy pangs.
